Just finished my first Vonnegut. I think the copy I have was either given to me by my friend Ted or a purchase inspired by him 4 years ago.
Wow. It was very good.
Next on my list is "Harry Potter y la Piedra Filosofal" (an all-summer project) and the two Cracker novels I have on hold at the library.

Yay, glad you've had the Cat's Cradle experience.
Can't say for sure, but if it's an old thin Dell edition with a red cover, it's likely a loaner.
Rumsfeld's final line in this Cross Afire may make a little more sense now.
(Hmmm, given recent events it may be necessary to resurrect Cross Afire just to do a "Jerry Falwell: On Location In Hell" episode...)
